Job summary

Elite Lighting in Commerce, CA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to build strong Warehouse and Assembly teams onsite. You will manage end-to-end recruiting and report to the Office Manager.

This full-time role offers health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, plus a yearly bonus. A minimum of 1 year in recruiting is required; ability to coordinate multiple openings and interviews is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience (required); previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, especially with Warehouse, Assembly, Manufacturing, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Warehouse and Assembly positions.
• Review resumes and applications to confirm position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, availability, and suitability.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide follow-up.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews, and conduct required pre-employment assessments.
• Present qualified candidates to the Office Manager for review.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information.
• Complete other recruiting-related duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
