Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an On-Site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist to manage a customer's inventory and ensure stock availability. You will work in the customer’s supply room, performing daily checks, replenishment orders, and on-site collaboration with contractors.

The role emphasizes accurate order processing, proactive problem solving and professional customer service in a hands-on environment. Strong organizational skills and independence on site are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide responsive, courteous and solution oriented support to onsite personnel and contractors.
• Clear written and verbal communication for accurate order processing and collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to count, track and document inventory reliably.
• Comfort using inventory systems, order entry tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in the customer's inventory supply room to oversee and execute VMI systems.
• Conduct daily inventory checks to verify stock accuracy and availability.
• Write and process replenishment orders to restock per demand.
• Stock, organize and maintain inventory for efficient access.
• Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes, fulfill orders and respond to needs.
• Deliver personalized customer service through prompt communication and accurate processing.
• Perform driver related duties as needed.
