Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an On-Site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist to manage inventory operations directly within a customer's facility, ensuring stock levels and timely replenishment.

You will work hands-on in the customer’s supply room and write replenishment orders to maintain product availability. Responsibilities include stock organization, collaboration with onsite contractors, and delivering responsive customer service with accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge preferred.
• Capable of on-site, independent work with strong communication and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in the customer's inventory supply room to oversee VMI systems.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
• Write and process replenishment orders to restock per demand.
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory for efficient access.
• Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes and fulfill orders.
• Deliver personalized customer service through prompt communication and accurate order processing.
