Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Olympia, WA is seeking an On-Site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist to oversee customer inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and process restocking orders within the client’s supply room. You will collaborate with onsite contractors, provide prompt order processing, and deliver professional, responsive service. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m. The starting pay is $24.00 per hour and can be higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to convey information clearly in person and in writing; accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in the customer's inventory supply room to oversee Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) systems.
• Conduct daily inventory checks to verify stock accuracy and identify shortages.
• Write and process replenishment orders for timely restocking.
• Stock, organize and maintain inventory for efficient access.
• Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes and fulfill orders.
• Deliver personalized customer service through prompt communication and accurate order processing.
• Perform driver-related duties as needed.
