AdventHealth in Orlando is seeking a Virtual Care RN to coordinate care, educate patients, and deliver protocol-driven interventions within the nursing scope. This role includes telehealth coordination and on-site duties at the Orlando location, with a focus on high-quality patient care and customer service.

Requires RN licensure, 2+ clinical nursing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN licensure is required.
• BSN preferred but not required at hire; must obtain within two years.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care and educate clients to influence health outcomes.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver and coordinate care across the continuum.
• Perform virtual assessment of healthcare needs and develop patient care plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain courteous interactions with consumers and colleagues.
• Document interactions and update consumer records in the system.
