Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando is hiring a Registered Nurse for virtual care monitoring. The role coordi­nates care, educates clients, and delivers protocol-driven interventions, working with clinicians across the continuum.

A BSN is preferred, with a requirement to obtain one within two years, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of Courtland Street. Work schedules are onsite at 600 Courtland Street, Orlando, FL, with day/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• RN required
• 2+ clinical nursing experience required
• 1+ virtual care monitoring or care experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred, must obtain BSN within two years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, expert customer service for inquiries from consumers and staff
• Perform triage and develop patient care plans based on assessment and protocols
• Coordinate care and document interactions in EMR/CRM systems
• Escalate appropriately and refer to healthcare providers when needed
• Maintain knowledge of AdventHealth offerings and service scope
• Complete scheduling and follow-up activities to ensure quality patient care
