Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of the Courtland office.
• BSN preferred but not required; must obtain within two years of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to document notes and use clinical/administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, educate clients, and provide protocol-driven interventions within nursing scope.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards.
• Provide courteous responses and excellent customer service to callers and staff.
• Document interactions and update consumer records in the technology systems.
