Partner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center is seeking an Onsite Training Coordinator to support our Frederick, MD team. This role works with the Learning and Development department to educate veterinary technicians and assistants on essential hard skills and to onboard new staff according to PVESC workflows.

You will monitor training plans, coordinate with SMEs, and ensure trainees stay on schedule on the hospital floor, with minimal administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on training in a veterinary ER environment.
• Graduate of accredited veterinary technology program.
• Maryland veterinary technician license in good standing (or eligible to transfer).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Educate veterinary technicians and assistants on hard skills for their roles.
• Onboard new team members and explain PVESC workflows and protocols.
• Track training progress and sign off competencies with SMEs.
• Onsite floor-based role with minimal admin duties.
