HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting Advanced Vehicle Systems Diagnostics & Performance Specialists to join one of our client partners in La Habra, California. This full-time onsite opportunity is ideal for experienced automotive professionals who diagnose complex vehicle issues and deliver precise repairs across domestic, Asian, and European platforms.

The successful candidates will combine diagnostic expertise with strong mechanical ability to identify root causes, complete quality

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional automotive repair experience; 3–4 years accepted with exceptional diagnostic ability.
• Strong diagnostic experience servicing domestic, Asian, and German vehicles.
• Advanced electrical diagnostic abilities.
• Experience utilizing Identifix or comparable automotive diagnostic software.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical/electrical failures.
• Owns professional automotive tools for advanced diagnostics/repairs.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders with service advisors to verify customer concerns.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance-related concerns across multiple manufacturers.
• Develop accurate repair recommendations, labor estimates, and parts requirements.
• Complete repairs involving engines, drivetrains, suspension, steering, braking, HVAC, electrical and electronic systems.
• Install replacement components following manufacturer specs and industry best practices.
• Document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, inspection results, and quality verification clearly.
• Utilize diagnostic resources to support complex diagnostics.
• Perform quality control inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
