Job summary

Venti Technologies in the United States is seeking an Onsite Validation Engineer to bring up new autonomous vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability from the ground up. You will develop automated testing scripts and tools for calibration, and validate critical subsystems such as steering, braking, and throttle.

Collaborating with software and hardware teams, you will model system behavior, tune controllers, analyze test data, and drive safety improvements across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Robotics/Control/CS/ME/EE
• Around 3 years in robotics, control systems or autonomous vehicles
• Strong understanding of feedback control and vehicle dynamics
• Experience with system modeling, identification, or dynamic analysis
• Familiarity with electromechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic actuation
• Proficiency in modern C++ on Linux
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting; quick learner

Responsibilities

• Execute vehicle bring-up and validate steering, brake, throttle systems
• Develop automation scripts for bring-up and calibration tools
• Contribute to control software design and maintenance for motion control
• Create mathematical models of vehicle behavior
• Tune and calibrate controllers across platforms and conditions
• Analyze test data and diagnose issues
• Ensure safety with fault detection and safe recovery strategies
