Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Validation Engineer for driveline and structural systems. This role focuses on designing test equipment, developing software methods, and ensuring quality through rigorous testing and analysis. Onsite work in Celina, OH, with occasional travel within the region.

Qualifications include a mechanical engineering degree and strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills. Experience with lab operations, planning, and supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Vehicle Systems Engineering or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, math and analytical skills.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test equipment software and methods to support projects.
• Supervise and coordinate laboratory operations and test systems maintenance.
• Assist with project planning and scheduling and provide technical input to timelines.
• Provide technical supervision to staff as required.
• Review progress with supervisor and contribute to infrastructure projects and documentation.
