Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in product testing or validation.

• Translate product requirements into practical test methods and documentation.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred.
• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product performance expectations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute thorough test and validation plans for components and systems.
• Coordinate product testing with Engineering and R&D, ensuring resources and timing.
• Analyze test data, prepare clear reports for internal and external audiences, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain testing policies, procedures, and work instructions to strengthen quality.
• Research materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment that support testing activities.
• Conduct site, customer, and field testing as needed, managing costs and resources.
