Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Validation Engineer for a Fort Valley, GA on-site role.

You will validate chassis, suspension, steering, braking, body structures, HVAC, and thermal management systems, and develop test plans, perform hands-on testing, and analyze data with DAQ tools. This temp-to-perm position requires 3–5+ years in automotive or manufacturing validation, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5+ years of mechanical validation or testing experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical testing, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Validate chassis, suspension, steering, braking, body structures, HVAC, and thermal management systems to ensure durability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute validation test plans; perform hands-on mechanical and vehicle testing; collect and analyze data using DAQ tools; collaborate with design engineering to resolve issues.
