Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC seeks a Resident Inspector to lead the UT program on-site at a customer facility in Upstate New York. Responsibilities include scheduling UT testing, data verification in PSAim, and coordinating with off-site resources to incorporate thickness data.

The role requires 8–10 years of mechanical integrity experience in inspections, with strong reports and Excel skills. This is a full-time position with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UT experience; additional certifications in PT/MT are a plus.
• Proficiency with Mechanical Integrity databases and Excel.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of UT testing.
• Monitor data entry in PSAim for data quality.
• Verify low-remaining life data and update field reports.
• Coordinate UT inspections with offshore/onsite teams and update UT maps.
• Update piping isometrics and assist drafting with data corrections.
• Train Owner and Contractor personnel on NDT procedures.
• Support UT/Weld inspections for new piping fabrication.
