Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers with their tax needs. You’ll work on-site, provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, and build lasting relationships in your local market.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person using TurboTax products and services.
