Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role involves on-site, in-person tax preparation, advisory services, and community engagement to grow a local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will leverage tax expertise to complete returns, provide personalized advice, and build

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours per week, including weekends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete returns for simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Utilize government sites, professional tools, and team support to deliver accurate solutions.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience through professional service and tools.
