Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role requires on-site presence and provides opportunities to help customers navigate complex tax situations with professional tax preparation and advisory support.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in the community and leveraging

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays and Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, building awareness and attracting clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow the local client base with community outreach and collaboration with TurboTax marketing.
