Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in local TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base and provide excellent customer experience.
