Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional service.

Applicants should have 3+ years of paid tax return experience, an active EA/CPA/Attorney license, PTIN, and the ability to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday through Saturday for ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
