Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Content Developer 1 to support mission-critical government programs in secure environments. This onsite role requires TS/SCI with a MD polygraph and the ability to translate requirements into training content.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with security standards, and help gather raw content for course development.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• Four years' experience in the content area of training to be developed/maintained.
• Experience in at least one: CNO operational duties; Development of related training; Instruction of related training; Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.

Responsibilities
