Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a SIGDEV Analyst L1 to support mission-critical government programs. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and the ability to work onsite with a 24x7 shift schedule.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into actionable SIGINT development solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with security standards while contributing to process improvements and mission success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• At least three (3) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
• The ability to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule working either Day Shift (0545 - 1345), Swing Shift (1345 - 2145), or Mid Shift (2145 - 0545-) to include weekends and some holidays
