Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for the overall P&L to meet established budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee driver coordination and relationship management with company drivers.
• Manage tractor maintenance, compliance and service delivery.
• Track performance metrics such as on-time pickup/delivery and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements to increase performance and reduce costs.
