Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations to oversee daily operations, process improvements, and staff development at our site.

You will manage managers and supervisors, align objectives with financial, safety and quality goals, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies. You will drive performance reporting, coordinate site activities, and lead initiatives to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Seven years of management experience in a supply chain or distribution environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned/unplanned overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations and ensure process adherence.
• Lead and develop managers and supervisors, guiding performance.
• Plan, report and improve site performance, safety and quality metrics.
• Establish site objectives in financial, safety, quality and customer service areas.
• Coordinate with department managers to meet objectives cost-effectively.
• Provide timely submission of key quality, financial and safety reports.
