Job summary

Quadra Chemicals Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Solomon, Arizona site. You will lead day-to-day transloading operations from railcars to tanker trucks, ensuring safety and efficiency in a growing chemical distribution operation.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in handling hazardous materials, and a commitment to safety. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transloading bulk chemicals.
• Experience with Hazardous Materials handling.
• Knowledge of HAZCOM and DOT requirements.
• Understanding of safe rail operation practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day site operations following Quadra’s safety procedures.
• Handle receiving, storage, and shipping of stock items per SOPs.
• Unloading railcars and loading bulk liquids into trucks (and blended products).
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident reporting.
• Support continuous improvements and coordinate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement.
