The role ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, workforce readiness, and audit preparedness, partnering with site leadership to identify critical skill needs and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Education, Business, Engineering, Physical Science, or related field. Industry experience may substitute.
• Advanced degree or coursework in training, organizational development, or regulated-industry operations.
• Minimum 7 years of technical training or qualification program experience in an industrial, manufacturing, nuclear, or other regulated environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years of training management or team-leading experience.
• Experience in nuclear fuel manufacturing or regulated environments with formal qualification requirements.
• Professional certification related to training, instructional design, project management, leadership development, or regulated-industry qualification programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of training programs for regulatory compliance and workforce readiness.
• Assess training needs with site leadership and align strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and oversee Training staff and departmental trainers for high-quality delivery.
• Monitor training effectiveness using metrics, assessments, and corrective actions.
• Oversee budgets, records, qualification documentation, and program controls for audit readiness.
