Job summary

You will support manufacturing operations and implement strategies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance and Root Cause Analysis.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with at least 4 years in reliability engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and reliability tools.
• Knowledge of data collection and reliability analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Map processes, equipment, and relationships to improve reliability.
• Perform reliability analyses including RCM and FMEA.
• Develop maintenance plans from failure modes and maintenance tasks.
• Create preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement improvements.
• Analyze MTBF, MTTR, and OEE to evaluate performance.
• Coordinate reliability projects using MOC methods.
• Support design, construction, operation and troubleshooting of facilities.
