Qualificações

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Customer follow-up and engagement to ensure a seamless exhibitor experience.
• Order management and data entry for exhibitor orders in Heritage system.
• Phone and email support addressing client questions and service needs.
• On-site trade show support to meet exhibitor needs and logistics.
• Invoice and payment processing including discounts and taxes.
• Production coordination with other departments for schedules.
• Travel for trade shows including overnight stays and weekend hours.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and task management.
• Administrative support and internal communications.
• Resolve exhibitor issues, escalating when necessary.
