Job summary

Heritage Exposition Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support exhibitor services, manage orders, and assist with on-site trade show operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, plus travel to various show sites as needed.

The CSR will handle invoicing, data entry, and coordination with production teams to ensure timely service delivery. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel to events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Google Docs.
• Strong math skills for invoicing, taxes, discounts and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process exhibitor orders and data entry in Heritage system.
• Provide phone and email support to exhibitors and clients.
• Support on-site trade show operations and logistics.
• Handle invoicing and payment processing for show services.
• Coordinate production schedules with other departments.
