Collins Aerospace seeks an onsite Network/Security Analyst for a 24/7 helpdesk role at Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, MT. The candidate will work with Windows, Linux and vendor appliances in a demanding, security‑driven environment.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required from day one. The position includes shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Must have IT experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
• Day one Top Secret security clearance required with SCI eligibility.
• DOE/DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred).
• Typically requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a 24/7 operational helpdesk environment.
• Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting in an Enterprise IT setting.
• Assist engineers with configuring and maintaining Linux and Windows applications, networking, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and configure network devices including firewalls.
• Manage system admin duties like accounts, certificates, and Group Policy.
• Maintain virtualized environments with ESXi, VMware, and vSphere.
• Support VDI deployments and user assistance across enterprise platforms.
• Assist with monthly patch management and site upgrades.
