Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration seeks an NG Only: Network Communications Analyst — NMA (26-468) to join a skilled, diverse team at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. The role supports U.S.

leadership and strategic defense operations, with on-site duties and a 12-hour rotating shift. This position requires a Secret clearance (with potential to obtain TS/SCI) and 8140 IAT Level II certification, plus strong network expertise and the ability to work in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with 2 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 0 years; or 6 years of experience can substitute for a degree
• Active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher at time of application and maintenance throughout contract
• Active in-scope Government-issued Secret clearance at application time with potential to obtain TS/SCI
• Position requires rotating 24x7 shift work and 12 hr shifts
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, network management and monitoring
• Experience with network management tools and monitoring concepts
• Understanding of encryption devices and Linux/Unix basic maintenance
• Strong collaboration and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to warfighter and troubleshoot C2BMC network hardware/software
• Document and report events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking from CCC for ops and tests
• Assist in network hardware/software installations and create/maintain user accounts per ISSO directions
• Performs other duties as required
