DeWALT Service Technician in San Antonio, TX is an onsite role with a first shift, Monday through Friday. The position offers on-the-job training and values willingness to learn; prior experience is preferred but not required.

You will handle repairs on portable electric and pneumatic tools, troubleshoot failures, assist with shop maintenance, inspect equipment for safe operation, process work orders, and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided; experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle simple repairs to all portable electric and pneumatic tool, light construction equipment, & outdoor products.
• Troubleshoot tool failure by disassembling unit to examine components for wear/defects and replace worn/defective parts.
• Assist with maintenance of shop equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly inspect tools and equipment for safe operation prior to use, and return tools to storage after use.
• Complete work orders using repair parts and labor including pricing and customer information.
• Manage inventory by ensuring accuracy with parts and accessories.
