Qualifications

• Ability to interpret mechanical diagrams, wiring schematics and servicing data.
• Knowledge of electricity principles and air flow in power tools.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in power tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Goal-driven mentality and ability to meet productivity targets without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability with various systems.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs to portable electric and pneumatic tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot failures, disassemble units, replace worn/defective parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and inspect tools for safe operation.
• Perform performance and safety testing after repair.
• Complete work orders with parts, labor, pricing and customer information.
• Manage inventory and achieve daily productivity goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
