Qualifications

• Interpret mechanical diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of electricity principles and air flow for power tools.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults in power tools and equipment.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity goals without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs to portable electric and pneumatic tools, construction equipment, and outdoor products.
• Troubleshoot tool failure, disassemble as needed, and replace worn or defective parts.
• Inspect, analyze, and repair tools for safe operation.
• Perform performance and safety tests after repair.
• Complete work orders with parts, labor, pricing and customer information.
• Manage inventory and ensure accuracy of parts and accessories.
