Job summary

Objective Area Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Title II Construction Manager to support Luke AFB. You will lead on-site construction management, observation, contract administration, and QA oversight for military construction, renovations, and infra projects.

You will act as the Government's technical representative, coordinating with stakeholders to safeguard the Government's interests. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, costs, quality, reviewing submittals and RFIs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of CM/inspection experience.
• Or 10+ years of commercial construction inspection experience, preferably DoD.
• Experience in construction observation and inspection.
• Knowledge of UFC, Air Force standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site construction observation and monitor contractor performance.
• Track progress and identify schedule, cost, or quality concerns.
• Manage construction change requests and provide technical recommendations on modifications.
• Prepare contract modification packages and supporting cost analyses.
• Review contractor schedules and evaluate project milestones.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to resolve design issues and omissions.
• Draft responses to RFIs, technical inquiries, and contractor clarifications.
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports and maintain documentation.
