Job summary

Objective Area Solutions is seeking three experienced Engineers to support Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on installation planning, programming, project development, cost estimating, and engineering design for military construction projects.

Responsibilities include managing projects from concept through design, producing required documentation (DD 1391, AF 813), and developing ROM estimates using PACES while coordinating with multiple disciplines for informed government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Combination of education and specialized experience totaling at least eight (8) years supporting facility planning, programming, engineering design, project development, or cost estimating.
• Experience supporting facility, infrastructure, or utility projects through planning and design phases.
• Experience preparing cost estimates using PACES, RSMeans, and CSI Division-based estimating methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to obtain and maintain: T1 (NACI) background investigation and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through planning, programming, and design lifecycle.
• Develop fully programmed projects for Air Force approval.
• Coordinate planning charrettes with stakeholders and prepare planning documentation.
• Develop ROM cost estimates using PACES.
• Review design documentation and provide technical compliance recommendations.
• Support asset management and sustainment planning for installations.
