Job summary

Objective Area Solutions is seeking an experienced Title II Construction Manager to support the 56th Civil Engineering Squadron at Luke Air Force Base. The role covers on-site construction management, observation, and contract administration for MILCON, renovation, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering required.
• Five or more years in construction management, engineering, or inspection preferred.
• Professional communication and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site construction observation and monitor contractor performance.
• Track progress and identify schedule, cost, or quality concerns.
• Manage construction change requests and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure activities comply with Air Force standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to resolve design issues and omissions.
• Draft responses to RFIs, technical inquiries, and contractor clarifications.
• Prepare contract modification packages and supporting cost analyses.
• Review contractor schedules and evaluate performance against milestones.
• Conduct cost and schedule impact analyses for proposed changes.
