The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of onsite construction supervision experience, a strong background in managing large-scale projects, and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with project teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of onsite construction supervision & leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects (large distribution centers) $10M+ in value.
• Proven background in ground-up construction, industrial projects, and tilt‑up concrete.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction sequencing, and safety compliance.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain promptly).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite operations, subcontractors, logistics, and workflow.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and enforce company policies.
• Lead project planning and scheduling to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives.
• Conduct and document daily reports, site meetings, inspections, and progress tracking.
