Job summary

PSI Services LLC is seeking a Test Security Specialist/Exam Proctor to remotely proctor a variety of high-stakes exams across the US. The role requires flexibility with hours, including occasional late evenings and weekends, to align with test center hours.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, exam security, and timely reporting. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; testing or invigilation experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer service role is required.
• Experience in testing environments or invigilation/proctoring is desirable.
• Computer literacy is required; Microsoft Office skills are desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remotely proctor a variety of high stakes exams.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all exams administered.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of exam security.
• Write detailed reports and correspondence for incidents during exams.
• Daily, weekly and monthly queue performance reporting.
• Assist in responding to Customer Service calls and live chat as needed.
• Work with management at various levels and in teams.
