Job summary

Mack Technologies Florida, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to support production test equipment, including hardware setup and software development tailored to customer requirements. The role reports to the Test Engineering Manager and is 100% onsite.

Key duties include designing test stations with Altium Designer, performing failure analysis, driving test automation, and delivering data-driven reports to customers while coordinating with multiple departments to enhance quality and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 2+ years as a Test Engineer, or 7 years without a degree.
• Experience with networking hardware and software.
• Experience with automated test equipment, calibration, and configuration management.
• Genrad ICT development and debugging is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality standards is advantageous.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and diagrams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design circuit board layouts for test stations using Altium Designer.
• Contribute to DFM, DFA and DFT for customer products.
• Support production with failure analysis and test debugging.
• Lead test improvements, automation and test coverage enhancements.
• Review capital investments to improve test capabilities and capacity.
• Prepare procedures and documentation from design to production.
• Generate test data reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Coordinate with engineering on equipment installation and calibration.
• Provide training to production test operators and technicians.
