Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math operations and work with numbers.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions.
• Fluency in English required; bilinguals are a plus.
• Notary Public status may be required if requested.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Reliability in showing up on schedule and staying dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily branch operations including opening/closing and balancing drawers.
• Serve as teller on the frontline handling account requests and services.
• Cross-sell credit union products while following disclosure rules.
• Maintain a neat work area and address member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Promote security, privacy, and BSA/OFAC compliance in daily tasks.
