Job summary

Primary Care Solutions, serving Veterans through Community-Based Outpatient Clinics, seeks an onsite Telehealth Tech (LPN/CMA) to support our caring team and deliver confidential, high‑quality care to Veterans. You will assist with telehealth setup, vital signs, EMR documentation, and on-site examinations, while learning telehealth protocols and earning certification for dermatology and retinal exams.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with benefits including 401(k), health plans, and paid time

Qualifications

Must hold a valid state LPN license or CMA certification as applicable.
Graduate of an accredited certificate program.
Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
Experience in clinical operations or medical office settings.
BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Supports patient care delivery via telehealth onsite.
Interviews patients, measures vital signs and records information in EMR.
Prepares, assists, and completes forms.
Assists providers during examinations and treatment.
Performs ancillary testing (EKG, injections, blood draws) as trained.
Schedules clinic appointments and manages patient check-in/out.
Learns telehealth equipment and performs teledermatology/teleretinal exams after training.
Obtains medical histories and verifies patient information.
Completes clinical reminders.
