Job summary

Gentex Corporation is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing teams at our Zeeland, MI site. This onsite role requires a proactive search for top talent and effective collaboration with hiring managers to fit Gentex culture and job requirements.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of technical recruiting experience, expertise with ATS, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years technical recruiting experience.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Familiarity with HR staffing processes and technical/engineering technology.
• Understanding of employment law, applicant tracking systems, internet recruiting, interviewing, and staffing assessment.
• Ability to understand Gentex culture and position requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle technical recruiting process for assigned teams, including criteria, screening, interviewing, wage negotiation, hiring and onboarding.
• Identify top technical talent through proactive sourcing to fill positions.
• Conduct prescreen interviews and evaluations per selection criteria.
• Present prescreened resumes to hiring managers with understanding of Gentex culture and role requirements.
• Manage open job requisitions for assigned teams.
• Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers as recruiting partner and advisor.
• Represent Gentex at early talent career fairs and manufacturing/job fairs.
