Job summary

Lumilens is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple optical infrastructure projects in the San Jose area. You will coordinate schedules, vendor activities, and material provisioning across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining trackers, reporting progress to leadership, and supporting accounting and facilities functions as needed. A background in telecommunications infra is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or support roles (telecommunications infra preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and ability to work across systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, keeping milestones and deliverables on schedule.
• Provide daily oversight of vendor activities, installations, and field dispatches.
• Create and maintain trackers reflecting progress, risks, and actions.
• Assist with ordering, provisioning, and logistics for materials or services.
• Open, monitor, and report provisioning tickets with timely closure.
• Act as liaison among project management, facilities, engineering, IT, procurement, accounting, and vendors.
• Ensure project components stay on schedule across internal teams.
• Develop trackers for vendors, contingent workers, and deliverables.
• Manage documentation, archival, and data accuracy.
