Job summary

AIC is seeking an on-site Senior Software Leader in El Segundo. You will embed with design partners, develop software and hardware integrations, and drive product direction from on-site deployment to HQ coordination.

You will guide a cross-functional team, own outcomes, and work across data modeling, ETL, APIs, and infrastructure to deliver measurable operational and financial improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience software engineering in a fast and collaborative production environment.
• 2+ years of leading technical teams including roadmapping and organizational planning.
• Direct experience in software/hardware for manufacturing, supply chain, or aerospace & defense.
• Product and design experience; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge for designing and implementing data-intensive applications; experience with data modeling and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with design partners and manufacturers to understand their workflows.
• Build trust across the full vertical from GM to operators; ensure software/hardware adoption.
• Translate observations into concrete requirements and products; own end-to-end delivery.
