Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Manufacturing – Easy Plan Consultant with experience in manufacturing process planning, Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) management, production resource planning, and shop-floor work instruction development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience using Siemens Teamcenter Easy Plan to define, manage, and validate manufacturing processes while improving production efficiency and standardizing shop‑floor operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize Siemens Teamcenter Easy Plan to manage and optimize manufacturing planning processes.
• Create, maintain, and manage Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs), including parts, subassemblies, and consumables.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process plans, including operations, sequences, and associated workflows.
• Define and manage manufacturing resources, including tools, fixtures, equipment, and operators.
• Perform production line balancing based on workstations, cycle times, workload distribution, and resource availability.
• Develop and validate manufacturing operations and production sequences to ensure efficient and standardized manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain 2D, 3D, and Augmented Reality (AR) work instructions to support shop‑floor execution.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, production planners, and other cross‑functional teams to validate manufacturing plans and resolve process‑related issues.
• Ensure alignment between engineering data, manufacturing BOMs, process plans, and production requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, resource utilization, and manufacturing process quality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) management.
