Themesoft Inc is seeking a skilled Teamcenter Manufacturing – Easy Plan Consultant for onsite engagement in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on defining and managing MBOMs, process plans, and shop-floor instructions to improve production efficiency.

You will work with manufacturing engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering data with production requirements. Responsibilities include line balancing, resource planning, and developing 2D/3D work instructions, including

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing – Easy Plan.
• Strong MBOM management knowledge and manufacturing process planning.
• Experience defining operations, sequences and workflows on the shop floor.
• Ability to create 2D/3D work instructions and AR-supported guidance.

Responsibilities

• Use Siemens Teamcenter Easy Plan to manage and optimize manufacturing planning.
• Create, maintain MBOMs including parts, subassemblies, consumables.
• Develop and validate manufacturing process plans and sequences.
• Define resources: tools, fixtures, equipment, operators.
• Balance production lines based on workstation capacities and times.
• Develop and validate operations to standardize processes.
• Create 2D/3D and AR work instructions for shop-floor execution.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to align plans with requirements.
