Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a senior Teamcenter Administrator/Developer to maintain and optimize the Siemens Teamcenter environment, including servers, databases, and application configurations. You will manage access controls, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires 5+ years of Teamcenter experience, BMIDE development, and strong troubleshooting skills, with a focus on integration with SAP S/4HANA/ERP and PLM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter administration and development.
• Experience supporting PLM implementations in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Siemens Teamcenter environment including servers, databases, and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, roles, access controls, and security policies.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and data integrity; perform upgrades and maintenance.
• Develop customizations using ITK, BMIDE, RAC; configure data models and relationships.
• Implement workflow automation for ECN/ECR/MCN processes and change management.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Teamcenter users and troubleshoot defects.

Job description

• Administer and maintain theSiemens Teamcenter environment including servers, databases, and application configurations. Manage user accounts, roles, access controls, and security policies. Monitor system performance, uptime, and data integrity. Perform system upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance (Dev / Test / Prod). Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.

2. Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain customizations usingITK, SOA, BMIDE, and RAC customization. Configuredata models, item types, attributes, and relationships. Implement workflow automation forECN, ECR, and change management processes. Develop custom scripts, utilities, and extensions to support business requirements. Maintain code repositories and deployment processes.

3. Integration & Interfaces

• Implement and support integrations betweenSiemens Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as: SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ERP CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) Support middleware and integration frameworks such asT4S or PLMSI.
• Troubleshoot data synchronization issues between PLM and ERP systems.

4. Data & Configuration Management

• Configure and maintainBOM structures, item master data, and revision rules. SupportEngineering Change Management (ECN / MCN / ECR)processes. Manage dataset configurations and document management structures. Ensure proper version control and product configuration management.

5. Support & Troubleshooting

• ProvideLevel 2 / Level 3 supportfor Teamcenter users. Investigate and resolve system defects, integration issues, and workflow errors. Work with infrastructure and database teams for system performance optimization.

6. Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work withengineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teamsto improve PLM processes. Participate in system design discussions and architecture planning. Recommend best practices for PLM governance and data standards.
