Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep for individuals and business entities, offering planning guidance and leveraging Intuit tools to enhance client outcomes.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to deliver a seamless experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year.
• General knowledge/understanding of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor desired.
• Experience preparing Business Tax returns and providing year-round tax prep guidance for small businesses.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certifications/bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week, includes weekends.
• Interest in building a local/online TurboTax presence.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver tax planning advice, deductions optimization, and future planning guidance.
• Own client relationships and coordinate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base and participate in local marketing efforts.
