Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on tax planning, and support bookkeeping and payroll as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and excellent customer service in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per year.
• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns experience for at least 20 clients per season.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with Business Tax returns for small businesses is highly desired.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Available onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays to Saturdays for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumers and business clients, including complex situations.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time tax engagements into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Act as a local community ambassador and support local marketing efforts.
