Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to join their dynamic team across the United States. Emphasis is placed on tax expertise and community engagement to assist clients in navigating their tax needs.

This role requires working on-site to prepare tax returns, provide advice, and build relationships. You'll help grow TurboTax’s local client base and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more Federal and State individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite mainly from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation.
• Organize and lead local events for customer engagement.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit solutions.
